Maintain master budget management including processing, tracking and recording all events invoices and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date event invoice ledger.Support all special event activity by coordinating and executing all logistical tasks.You will also manage the sourcing and placement of annual interns while serving as department liaison. You will be responsible for small-scale animations, tracking all event inventory and materials, managing department invoices, as well as drafting post-event recaps and event collateral archives, invitation mailings lists and calendar management.
